These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of products and services operated by Digital Accounting Zone LLC (“D.A.Z.”). By using any D.A.Z. product, you agree to these Terms.
D.A.Z. builds AI-powered financial tools. Our products are tools to assist you — not substitutes for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output before relying on it.
Some products require an account, created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activity under your D.A.Z. account.
Some products require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
You own your data. We process it solely to provide our services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You opt in to receive text messages from us by texting our business number, (254) 329-3291, directly. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; our system does not send a confirmation reply, though your carrier may show its own on-network confirmation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This SMS program is not affiliated with or operated by any mobile carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D.A.Z. (Digital Accounting Zone LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our products. Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Limitation of Liability and Governing Law) will remain in effect.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@digitalaccountingzone.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
